Shipping Destinations - Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to United States and Canadian addresses at this time.

Same Day Shipping - We attempt to same-day ship all in-stock orders received before 2:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  Our preferred shipping method is the United States Postal Service.  Typical delivery times to most U.S. addresses are as follows:

USPS Express Mail: Overnight to most U.S. locations

USPS Priority Mail: Two to three days to most U.S. locations

USPS Parcel Post (ground): Four to seven days to most U.S. locations

Shipping to Alternate Addresses - In order to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, shipping products to an address other than the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase is not available on our website. The shipping address provided must be the billing address of the credit card in use.

Returns – Aggro Bikes wants you to be completely and 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and with each of your purchases! When you receive your order, take a look to make sure it is what you ordered and that is in the proper condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in its original unused and uninstalled condition using the box in which it was shipped within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original shipping expense. If you choose to exchange the item(s), you must pay the additional shipping charges relating to your new order. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured USPS mail, FedEx or UPS, and the postage for the return is to be paid in full by you. Returns will not be accepted if the items are determined to be in a used or installed condition; nor will returned custom parts, opened videos or articles of clothing which have been worn or laundered be accepted.  Aggro Bikes customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or store credit. Part of our mission in providing you, our valued customer, with complete 100% satisfaction is to process all returns and exchanges of merchandise within two (2) business days of our receipt of said merchandise.  You must contact Aggro Bikes for a Return Goods Authorization Number prior to returning your item(s).   We can be reached as follows:

Crediting Procedures - We issue credits for accepted claims. Once a claim is accepted, your refund will be issued against the same card used for the original purchase.
